We are looking for part-time enthusiastic bartenders/servers who can provide an excellent experience to our guests & team. Position requires willingness to serve in both positions as needed & be flexible. This is not a bartender only position. We are looking for team members with experience & team members who already know how to use a POS, make alcoholic drinks, work well in a fast pace environment & does not require much training. Good bartenders/servers will be able to create classic and innovative drinks & serve tables, exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly rate and tips.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, wait tables, take orders and serve meals and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Complete side work & keep all stations clean.

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender and server
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• POS Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $7.98 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 15 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Weekends as needed
